then the PAC uses the money to advertise on X.com

money is washed back to the donator

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation donates money to buy vaccines from Pfizer and in doing so gets to remain tax exempt

Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation owns lots of Pfizer stock, which goes up, making Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation bigger than before it gave money away
