Modern liberals look at Europe as the pinnacle of society, which is half of America. 😳
I have as little in common with Europeans as progressives in the US.
We in the USA don't see Europe as the pinnacle of ANYTHING. We look at Europe in disgust. I believe we had a revolution to end European "control". We fought in a war to end the idiocy going on in the 1930's 40's. We look at Europe with distain and sadness.
Agreed but I’m saying a large percentage of the population view Europe as the model.
I reflexively wanted to argue against that, then I thought about it for a second and, I concur.
