Dear beejay, if you feel offended, I am really sorry hence this was not my intention. Majority of my elders are diabetic, my mom was diagnosed one year ago. It is just my way to joke politically incorrectly, I am sorry!
Never apologize. I'm older than you and so I understood the reference. I'm just saying that we're out here. People eating sugary garbage and joking that it could give them diabetes aren't completely wrong, but you can get it from things besides eating too much sugar. Like too much potatoes, bread, rice, etc. I'm just saying.
