Miami Art Deco Drug fueled colors have really been around since the 20's-30s. Basically when all the laws turning illegal alcohol into a mega buisness got ramped up. Then War on Drugs happened with Reagan in 80s and Miami has had a bank on every corner to wash all the tax free drug funds passing thru it ever since.

If drugs were legal Miami would probably look more like a retirement community and not GTA VI 😀
