ETFs are just so institutional traders can get exposure, i don't see why a retail investor would want this shitcoin

I am not much into to understanding WHY they need for the exposure the etfs, just guess it is for their balance sheet. But in my personal view, even an institution can purchase bitcoin and put it to their multisig cold storage as same as they are purchasing some other assets and facilities.. nah?
