Is this third round final or there has to be another round if none of the candidates gets some number of votes?

Dunno who told them I need governing. Literally means that someone is reducing my range of activities. I think I can take care of that just fine. Would be nice if they governed the services that they theoretically provide but no. They wanna govern us instead.
