You have to be so intentional with your time.

I look at it like this.

If it's not enriching my wealth, relationships, fitness, competencies, spirituality and mental health, then I'm not wasting my time on it.

We are only here for a short time. So I'm going to max this meat suit and all the stats I was assigned with.
