The thing is though, as I see it and as the Buddha taught, we have to see through the self and not get wrapped up in an idea of a soul. I don’t understand it. But the Buddha actually said ‘an-atman’, no atman. No universal soul. Even the highest Brahma has to die and be reborn. Very advanced and complex. Totally what I’m sitting with these days. I have no clue. But what I DO see is how I get in my own way. That’s the way forward I think.
