I actually never go heavy anymore because of old injuries. I go midway but always do a body weight exercise inbetween each set and I’m actually just as brolich as anybody in my gym. The key to getting brolich in my humble opinion is pull-ups and dips(prison yard workouts). If I’m doing bench I do a set of dips and pushups in between, if I’m doing back or biceps I do a set of pull ups in between each set, if I’m doing legs I do a set of body weight lunges or squats in between each set. 💪💪💪

Awesome! I'll have to keep this in my in terms of injury prevention. I'm lifting so much so that I don't get injured while sparing. I need strong muscles, ligments etc 😁
Well any exercise is better than not exercising. You know how many grown men I know that do zero exercises 🤣. So we are 2 steps ahead, we are Bitcoiners and we workout hard! LFG!!!!!💪💪💪
