Movement standards:

If you can’t get down and up from the ground without using your hands, you’re missing foundational human capacity

If you can’t lower into a resting squat position and spend 30 seconds there, you’re missing foundational human capacity

If you can’t stand on 1 leg for 60 seconds without losing your balance? You’re missing foundational human capacity

The good news?

Anyone can build capacity and restore the ability to accomplish these standards
