Every time my wife sends me a text like "hey I'm starving! Want me to bring home something from a drive thru?" I just calculate what she would've spent on me (usually 15-20 bucks) and instead buy little bits of #bitcoin. It adds up way faster than you would think.

When I finish mowing instead of immediately sitting in the cool, I continue sitting outside in the heat for 30 min to an hour and your body keeps burning fat all day. It maximizes your fat burning potential. Sometimes if I want to really level up I'll do some light boxing, hitting my heavy bag for 30 to 45 min. Talk about a sound sleep after a nice shower.

Thanks. I also sell my blood plasma twice a week on a schedule for around 40 bucks a pop and just funnel it straight into #bitcoin. I used to go blow the cash at the garden centers.. Dollar-cost-averaging. Our little 4 year old disabled son will need 24/7 care for life and when we are gone one day it will take $ to fund who takes care of him. I'm all in. And since my body remakes it anyway, I don't feel like I'm spending anything. The most zen shit ever. Scheduled buys no matter if the price chart is up or down. Just a formula. I'm getting healthier, diverting virtually free money into lasting wealth and doing it all with maximum love.
