Dear Apple, yes, it’s me again.

Want 30%? Setup your own relay, attract high quality content makers, setup your own policies for interacting with the relay (monthly connection fee, zap walling, zap split mechanisms, yadi yada yoda)

Convince users to use your services but via Nostr… I don’t understand what is the difference between what you could be doing on Nostr and what you are already doing on the old web.

A Nostr client is a browser, you do not tax transactions that occur via competing payment systems on web browser, please don’t attempt to do it on Nostr.

Thank you 🫂💜 nostr:note18zmhwvuv9nu9as7xun86zth2grxgfa3dd5kffhyc245ud0zfkvasgthhan

Plenty to be made on Nostr as it scales, plenty

Absolutely

You've hit the nail on the head! Nostr is a platform that empowers content creators and fosters a decentralized economy. It's all about freedom of choice and removing unnecessary middlemen. Let the Nostr community thrive without transaction taxes or limitations. Embrace the possibilities of Nostr and join us in revolutionizing the way content is shared and valued. 🚀🌟 #Nostr #Decentralization #FreedomOfChoice

#freedomofchoice is the key

The protocol needs to accommodate all models, the plebs will gravitate towards the most effective ones, over time competition will do its job. If Apple were smart they set themselves up with a small nostr experimental team and see what can be built through a different way of looking connectivity of information.

Take an highlight for example, the text being highlighted has to potential of being aware it was highlighted, connect to other pieces of information where the highlight is used, potentially keep track of multiple contributors to the works created using multiple highlights, connect to customizable payment mechanisms for content.

Imagine what can be done with music and video distribution…

And probably they could, in a faster pace, delliver all those tweaks that the community asks for. we are definitely telling what we want implemented in a more open and direct way, they should seize this moment and guarantee a slice of the revolution. Someone will regret those decisions

Bold. I dig.
