ERROR: event pubkey not unauthorized

That is a pay to post relay iirc, I know I never add it when I'm doing manuals.

I think I know now, EVENT pubkey, so the Author of whatever event, is not authorized, maybe

I think this could be if the pubkey isnt allowed to read from filter.nostr.wine but is allowed to write
