coconut milk it's called, and it's full of a special kind of sugar, and traces of very nice MCT fats and fragrances that make everything taste better
the Thai are famous for using it with coconut oil, curry, chilli and coriander, which is even more amazing than just the coconut milk by itself, which is pretty amazing
oh yeah, it's also very rich in potassium, which is an element of what makes it taste so damn good
