Was writing a piece yesterday responding to an Instagram Reel about how toxic masculinity is not real. I feel like I wanna scrap it though. As important as confronting toxic masculinity is, I'm not sure doing so in a reactionary way is the most effective. I'm thinking it's more important to express and show what a healthy masculinity looks like, which falls into the category of Paul's commentary about "speaking the truth in love."

I guess my issue is where I'm coming from as I write the piece more than what the piece is about. #writing #blogging #toxicmasculinity
