Nostr is like linux was in the early days. A bit behind the mainstream in some ways, but good for power users, who can build their own tools, and tinker with it. There's very few power users on nostr right now. I can count about half a dozen. And there's not really communities of power users like there was in linux. Such communities might take several years to emerge. But will be good when they do.

What do you consider a power user on Nostr?
Just like linux, could be anything. Using the system in a highly customized way, and pushing the boundaries of what can be done. Perhaps running a relay with your own types of messages. Using NIP-98 with your own storage. Using your npub as a bitcoin taproot address. Streaming zaps from on user to another. These are things I do personally, but there's so much more.
