I think most of twitter is manipulated with bots. Most of it is fake comments, fake profiles, fake engagement. They manipulate the numbers of retweets and comments to make the tweet seem legit. Others reply hoping it will help their account grow, but it won't. It's a fugazi, I'm talking from the top down. They don't ban the bots, because it's their bots that they would be banning.
