I saw one on facebook (yes I'm ashamed of being an ex-FB user, but it was a long time ago?)... The guy got caught in the side of a rolling machine, some kind of carpet or cloth roller... It just keep spinning and beating him on the floor which changed to a darker color in the gray surveillance video in a streaky pattern... No one came to help him... I didn't feel too good after watching that and the FB censors didn't even put the blurry disclaimer over the vid... Don't even think about getting close to ROTATING machines, and NEVER work alone!
