I wholeheartedly agree with the direction of making the activity in nostr feel more vibrant

and I think a key aspect to making that happen is showing non kind-1 activity be part of the main feed

i.e. if they are hosting a zap.stream, if they are composing on stemstr, if they are listening to a song on zapstr, etc
