I was thinking about #SovEng and about a parallel franchise with a different focus. #SovData or something like that, integrating power users and independent developers.

#SovData wouldn't be #SovEng-lite, but rather an education/networking seminar sort of thing. We could start out online with weekends, and then start local-language/time-zone online seminars, and then launch local meetups.
Like... ambassadors.

I bet a lot of people would. We'd probably need to offer it in different time slots on different weekends, to cover all time zones.
The people who attend the first series could help set up local "offices". And we could create a panel of local Nostrexperts that newbies could ask questions to and talk to at meetups, and stuff.
And the local focus would also allow local-oriented developers and providers a place to market their products and meet each other and network in their local language and buy/sell things with LN ⚡
And we could also have offshoots that are "local" in a different way, like a TikTok-Onboarding team, Instagram-Onboarding team, Catholic-Onboarding, Muslim-Onboarding, 🏳️🌈-Onboarding, Libertarian-Onboarding, etc.
