I don’t think I even knew what a seatbelt was till I was about 12. Operating farm equipment since a couple years before that unsupervised and with little training. No boundaries on how far we strayed from home in the bush. Always carrying a .22 or a shotgun. I often think my parents were trying to kill us off lol. Good times.
