If you're that worried about it, call for privatising it, buy it yourself or along with your community in an auction, close it off from trespassers and maintain it. That's the only way you can keep immigrants away.

If you only wanted to vent your frustration, then fair enough.

But I understand that person's frustration to a certain extent.

Perhaps the movement of people around the world would be a lot more popular if private property rights were stronger and there wasn't so much welfare programs that incentivise freeloading.
