relates to the relays for search support anf how initialized. for anyone finding their relays reset to just 3 (relay.nostr.band, nostr.wine, relay.noswhere.com) no notes and bots for pfps, re-add relays manually or start with defaults. the code tries to set search relays if none of existing in user set are search. it does this based on pulling latest contact list relays. if that failed the list is wiped to just the 3 default search relays
