Religious women have another whole different spectrum of red flags, like being too controlling, but an intelligent woman will overcome that.

I'm an atheist. So, I try to avoid religious women, tbh. They're exhausting. Think they're right about almost everything. I'm not getting into this topic. Sorry, nostr:npub1qfkcklnmes45z75y7y8dkud5yll8vp5eq5ysk9rmgqdxeasv8unsrfj6kq

I have briefly dated a woman who had two kids. I get why she's single. LOL!!! Out of all the women I've dated she's definitely in the Top 5 on the Crazies List.

yet you keep engaging with her. that is the fundamental problem. most atheists are just got phobias from authoritarian christians.

it's not christian to be authoritarian so what does that make them?

Full of hate

The hypocrisy of “christians” to be killing in your name.

Thou shall not.

🎚️

You created god in the perfektion of your own self image.

yet you still give them the gift of your time. why?

I have alot of free time. Retired 32 year old. Lives alone. All his friends don't get out of work till around 5 p.m., then they need to commute back. That takes anywhere from 45 mins to an hour. Depends on traffic. They're always beat when they get back. I really only have time to hang on the weekends.

i am full of hate too. there is nothing wrong with hating evil, and doubly so when the world is so full of it that it's unbearable to look at, smell, even just to hear it through closed doors.

but what i hate the most is stupidity and brainwashing. those are the things that authoritarianism represents.

nothing wrong with hating what is wrong. that keeps you from stepping in shit.

We weren't saying that. I have nothing against Christians or any religion, tbh. I'm talking about religious followers who feel like it's their duty to kill anyone who doesn't abide by their beliefs.

they are cultists and drones, they are not authentic human beings, their entire minds are caged in false associations with traumatic pain that makes them unable to think.

if anything they deserve pity but the more you let them spend your time the more confused you are gonna get.

I agree. Are you saying Stella is a cultist?

i'm not teh only one who thinks that.

I think anyone who is in a religion is a cultist to a degree, tbh. Why do you think I'm such a staunch atheist? It's impossible to avoid religious people, at this point. Doesn't mean I have to follow their beliefs.

what if i told you that angels were advanced humans and christianity, and all the religions, are cargo cults?

you know what a cargo cult is?

also, if the humans in question have mastered gravity and telepathy and teleportation, and maybe even seeing the future... then it may well be that they know about this problem of evil and are gonna show up, as they promised, and hold a full court day on the matter and put them all in the pit of a volcano.

this is why i think there has been this whole "nobody is coming to help us" meme going hard lately, because actually, they definitely are.

these are our great great great great ... great great ... great great grandpappies and grandmammies we are talking about. they will come for us.

i know that sounds crazy but that's the only rational way to explain all the evidence i have seen.

You're right. It does sound crazy. Which is why I refuse to believe it.

I've seen the lake of fire. Its not a volcano, its not on Earth and its horrid. I don't know what to say about timetraveling advanced humans, its certainly a possibility, but it still doesen't satisfy the first-mover theorem and I refuse to believe we exist because of an infinite regress. I have direct personal evidence of God at this point but I don't pretend to understand how he 'works'. I do expect we will be told when its acceptable.

I agree all organized religion is evil. Thats essentially Ingersoll's argument. Strange thing is Jesus agrees.

Lao Tzu and Chuang Tzu also warned against organised religion.

This is too funny!!! 🤣 bro, you gotta relax!

also just to be precise, the great majority of people are cultists of some cult.

since the inception of the CIA, the art of inducing people into cultist mentality, called "mind control" has reached the level of fine art. very few people are able to see it, and even i was not fully clear on it because i didn't understand the mechanisms.

one day, after i got fired from a job where the interview involved being "love bombed", i started researching cult busting info, and learned a lot of things that you must know in order to not get caught in the sticky mind traps that are everywhere nowadays. they are part of how they kep people trapped doom scrolling their phones and all those things. mind control through websites... it's a real thing. i first started to notice this with the steemit.com forum. the name 'steemit' itself is a trigger word.

I know about all this. Since I quit my job it's opened my eyes to this. That was three years ago.

Hate the sin not the sinner

the sinner shall also be hated until they repent. they should not be dealt with while their sin prevents them from honoring their contracts too.

some people can be sinners and yet honor their contracts, these people can be trusted as far as the business but not where they err.

The sinner can be hated by God, but we are to forgive. We only don't carouse with sinners... birds of a feather.

I was a staunch atheist for many years, from 5 to about 28. I agreed with Robert Ingersoll and others. Didn't see the light until my late 20s. Started out academically reading the bible on my own, simply to see what all the hubbub was about. I learned respect for Jesus, but not necessarily his theology. Then I started talking about the bible with people that believed. Then I started experiencing miracles in the form of dreams of real events that I would later see with my own eyes. That opened my mind to the possibility we are more than we can percieve. From there picking a religion seemed arbitrary, but monotheism seemed logical (first mover principal.) I went down a few christian religion roads, but landed on what I percieve to be the most pure form. Its nothing you've heard of, and most religions would consider it radical and heretical. Jesse Lee Peterson is the only public figure I know of that holds similar theological views (I learned of him many years after adopting my views.)

This needs to get fixed, Gary. Being an atheist is dumb.

It isn't.

Yes, it is. It's also nihilistic, doomy, and not even cool for angsty, mad-at-the-world emo teens. Grow up.

Lol. It isn't. It's what I choose. Just because I'm an atheist doesn't mean I think the world is gonna end.

It is. One of these days you'll figure that out.

Lol being a christian means you think the world is going to end.

idk, there is a stream of christianity that hates on prophecy because of apocalyptic cults.

also, being an atheist DOES mean you think the world is going to end, because one of the articles of faith of atheists is the eventual heat death and utter decadence of the universe in total entropy. of course there is some who don't follow the doctrine of big bang/heat death but most do.

i see no evidence for said entropy ratio to ever change, neither has it changed in the past that we have been able to see anywhere, nor do i expect it changes anywhere in the future.

what is hilarious about atheists is that they think they don't have a belief system, and that they can disregard the intangible in their thinking. it's one of the pleasures of seeing their surprise every time quantum physics proves this wrong.

Studying quantum physics was my first step in believing in God.

Quantum physics?! That's interesting to hear. 🤔

How did quantum physics bring you there? 🤔

Simple, without uncertainty there can be no god to blame atrocities on.

That's our responsibility not his. You want Gary to change his mind, be an ambassador for Christ. You never choose God, he chooses you.

I'm terrible at that, but that's God's problem in this case. 😂
