Well I destroyed my Thanksgiving turkey. Manslaughtered it, neglegently, although I was under pressure and in dire circumstances. The company's instructions and food safety guidelines were unclear and I was in a rush to fix it and wound up wasting two birds. I'm mourning them. Was feeling really disappointed in myself, and in the company that makes the birds and says conflicting things.

But hey, at least there's always Chinese to the rescue!!
