Interestingly, if you reverse search the original picture, it doesn't appear anywhere, except for a singular Facebook page.
If you search "Lisa Helps Victoria Pride Month", you'll find multiple pictures of the ex mayor with a fake beard, celebrating with the very same people from the original picture.
