This person didn’t have the patience or the knowledge to pick a low priority fee rate and/or a time of the day that the mempool is not so busy and fees are lower.
When it comes to UTXO consolidations… broadcast your TXs with a low priority fee and leave it alone “pending” on the mempool for days or weeks if needed… is ok. Eventually it will confirm when you least expect it. 😎
Forget the ordinals for a moment...the mempool was already full of inefficient and stupid activity. There is so much room for optimization.
