Does anyone have any tips on how to spend most of the work day with a STANDING DESK?
I find it better for my posture and back when I do 1/2 day standing, 1/2 day sitting. You can split it however you like 🙂

Yeah was thinking about doing that. If i sit too long my back starts to hurt and if i stand too long my legs starts to hurt 😅
only issue is that sometimes I forget to switch 🤣🤣
