This is indeed a benefit of SeedSigner in that you can use it to manage a virtually unlimited number of keys. I would never let a stranger borrow my signer, but I think the idea of sharing one with trusted friends and relatives is 100% reasonable. Even better if everyone has their own memory card to use with the signer w/ a copy of the software they’ve downloaded and installed themselves, and of course remember to pull the mem card after the main menu appears. Thanks for helping us spread the word!
One thing that I see people sleeping on with nostr:npub17tyke9lkgxd98ruyeul6wt3pj3s9uxzgp9hxu5tsenjmweue6sqq4y3mgl vs other signing devices is that you could actually use a seedsigner for an entire house hold since as long as you unplug the power supply it doesn't actually store your keys on the device like other signing devices. (Cold card has all these ways to fool thieves ect. But nothing beats the keys literally not being stored on the device....right?)
I'm not suggesting you share your seedsigner with people you don't know but it is awesome that you can just own one seed signer that can safely sign transactions for a group of people instead of just 1. For low income areas of the world this could be huge. Also, it can be used with multiple open source wallet softwares instead of you being funneled into using some closed source sketchy software with a profit motive.
