I have recently round that these tags can be thought as memes, therefore they can be highly dense in information while remaining somewhat general
People are good at:
- saying whether they DO or DO NOT recommend something
- describing specifically WHY
- selecting TAGS that apply to the product or service
People suck at:
- making up a number to somehow represent all that
