Life doesn't need to be hard.

There are certain moments that are hard, but it's actually a choice to experience all of life as hard, and that is not a choice I'm interested in making.

I saw someone's post a while back that's said, "Weak men are hard on others. Great men are hard on themselves."

Nah, I disagree. Both of those sound like they're in the negative to me.

Actually great men, amazing men, know how to be kind to themselves and others. They can work hard, but with kindness and compassion with themselves.

Jesus worked hard, but he was kind to himself and did actually set boundaries that allowed him to take the breaks he needed.
