Changes:

1. Adjust the visual hover effect of a game card

2. Swapped the text editor in the mod and blog submission pages with a markdown one

Regarding the categories system, you can have more than one in a mod post, and of varying depth, as well as custom ones.

For the markdown text editor, it's a lot better than what we had before. Still has a few issues, but they'll eventually be fixed.
