What’s the biggest thing you’ve noticed since quitting seed oils?

I’m not sure if it’s the seed oils or all the meat I eat and the lack sugar and plants but I heal faster now. I also gained 10 lbs of muscle and got stronger while working out less and have more color in my skin. No more canker sores either and my dandruff has halved.

It’s hard to pin down specifics when making many changes. I pretty much stopped eating out. I never used seed oils at home ever anyway but would consume eating out. I don’t burn now when spending time in the sun. That’s an easily identifiable probable causative change but for many other things, when changing dietary habits, without a ludicrously stringent change, wait, note procedure, causation is not always easily identifiable.
