How timeseed.io works?
Decentralized, local/online, offline/online, without central server, without synching "authority" and secured by AES (Galois/Counter mode).
Above all: you don't need a private/public key pair anymore.
This is like PGP, but with time itself as a decentralized encryption timer.
(I worked in VPN/IPsec for years, and build this FREE tool for the community).

Of course not, the purpose is to be be independent from a centralized system. an API would be defeating that purpose completely 😉
