That’s true. I have another friend who was trading it around 2017 during the bull market when GPUs were sold out. That’s when I first heard about Bitcoin and ignored it. He was giving little classes on it to people saying it’s the future. I found out he still doesn’t even know what the difficulty adjustment is lmao. Probably a good thing I didn’t learn about bitcoin from him 😂

I first heard about Bitcoin in 2017 as well. I was travelling through South America with my wife, we just had gotten married.
We came home, I bought a ledger wallet, thinking I'd buy a coin or two and see what happens. Unfortunately, the ledger sat on my desk unopened until 2021, when I went down the rabbit hole.
