Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to make sure that the governmental powers that wish to censor independent media voices in order to enhance the power of their propaganda fail miserably until they give up such a foolhearty and misguided pursuit.

This task cannot be achieved just by building nostr software. You must also actively debunk government propaganda and actively spread such debunkings.

I've heard enough about bitcoin for two lifetimes. What I am hoping to see more of are the information fires that burn down the ill-begotten agendas of governments.

Nostr adoption will skyrocket as the message gets out to the masses that we are calling out all the shit, and that this uncensored place is where they can reliably find those callouts.

At least that is how I see it. I know we aren't ready for masses, and so we also need to focus on nostr itself.
