Hey Vipin, thanks for the message. Good luck on your path, Vipassana was a turning point in my life. Just one ten day sit so far but I plan on more in the future. I take time regularly to just sit, not a regimented practice yet but can go to that place of peace when it’s needed ✌🏼
I am from India . Where are you from ? We have one Whatsapp group of all Vipassana folks of around 300 folks where we exchange usefulll info about it. Do you want to join that group? It keeps you motivated
