The US has told tradfi to start accumulating corn. They are trying to corner the market on BTC held in US hands, specifically institutional hands.

They are filing under the securities law of 1933... this is not necessarily a good development. Give #GuySwann a listen on Bitcoin Audible, the episode reading an article by Allen Farrington (author of Bitcoin is Venice). It is a useful resource to understand the game being played here.
