Your “BPA free” drinking bottle and cutting boards probably have BPS instead, which is just as bad or worse for you.
Use wood, glass and metal as much as possible.

Titanium great too, and light!
Would that make us all BPSOL?

You are very right, I'm in the process.
A few days ago I watch this great video https://youtu.be/4ubw_as_RuU from nostr:nprofile1qqs0ulmtcmmn8zmkh0uqmdqz4hn9j5lzpvhj8enw3xpqfd3ucsjnngcpr9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezucm9wf3kzarjdamxztndv5qs6amnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dsq3kamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wvf5hgcm0d9h8qmr9vfejuer99jegvc. Now I'm looking forward to replace all our plastic bottles... we will see with what 🤔. But like the video, all mineral water comes in plastic bottles 😒
Also from the video I learned about the "Reverse osmosis water filters" 😯
That's one of the only good things of lining in Germany. We also have plastic bottles, but also still Glas bottles.
And on the other hand you can drink water from the tap in your house

True, and if you want to go deeper into this rabbit hole
Woods: choose wisely because some types of wood + moist may be an environment for aspergilus flavus (alfatoxin producer), I’m not much knowledgeable for these thing but stick to traditionally used ones probably better
Glass: I work in analytical laboratory and I prefer borosilicate over sodalime for their chemical inertness (I don’t want glasses chemical to interfere my results)
And for crystals ? I don’t have experience with them, it is rare to me.
Metal: least preferred choice to me, but risk of heavy metal probably lower than risk of plastic additives

Same argument as “sugar free” food and drinks.
The process is usually quite similar: a substance is used for decades, which is later found to cause X, only to be replaced by another substance that, after decades, is discovered to cause Y
Absolutely! Plastic is bad full stop.
Good book on all this estrogenic crap in the environment

Don’t forget to filter you water too. Just as important as making sure your bottle is plastic free
