Not sure. Isn’t there a btc pay integration for Shopify?
They do but being locked to them isnt that appealing thanks for your time.

If you use WordPress to build your site, and add the woocommerce plugin, you can then add either btcpayserver, or Zaprite. Zaprite is a payment processor to where you can accept fiat, lightning or on- chain payments.
