You generate a new wallet when you need to pay for something, you send sats to it. Then you pay and then you delete that wallet?

Do you this because if the wallet is deleted than it obfuscates where the sats come from?
Im not sure if it does or if what im doing is correct. I mean there isnt a correct way to use bitcoin per say so i feel safer if you will trying to just use multiple wallets
