I sometimes catch myself on coming up with ideas, or finding issues in past ideas that I want to do/solve. But if my task, what I want to do, does not require them, they might delay my original task. Therefore, maybe, it's better to note and other stuff them, and finish my original task.

There is another nice saying for this:

"Done is better than perfect."

I think, when you make something, most of the time, you make it for someone else. So you may not know really what they need, so you need feedback. Or you may know, but feedback from your customers/users is really important. Therefore it may make sense to put out something, so you can improve it via feedbacks.

Maybe only true in some of the cases.
