Why relay connection is in the wallet section?

that’s how nwc works, you connect to their relay. this relay isn’t for posting notes. Has always been there, it’s just more prominent now.

Oh man! That’s confusing now. I never connected to the NWC relays before. Now it’s necessary?

no clients handle it for you. that connection is just displayed there

You did it was just not shown. Its a special relay separate from your main relay list
