The government should take proceeds from criminals, either in bitcoin when seized or converted to bitcoin, to fund the stockpile. It’ll fill up on its own that way. Any other means is a distortion.

i was thinking experience with the law system here and gov. action. Not sure of your history but what U said kinda goes against the grain. Just so U know for future ref if U want. i would like to see U thrive but this space has a definite learning curve that takes time to feel out. no worries but just trying to help. all the best/* Y the link?
