Web npub & wallet connect is easy. App based approach, a little harder.
Perhaps if service only, then you can use your existing npub or create a new one.
If it's physical product that requires shipping, then you may want to create a seperate npub to prevent doxing.

Not directly, there will be plenty of people on NOSTR
Alternatively fiverr or a traditional outsourcing site may be the way to go. They will probably want payment in filthy fiat on fiverr.
