Tbh, I haven’t used rss for years. Most of the best clients are long dead. Apps keep failing. Its heyday was 15 years ago. 🤷🏻♂️

Don’t get me wrong, it’s still used all over the place and still built into every website I build to make things like auto-posting to Facebook or LinkedIn possible, but it never has really succeeded as a consumer product.

I used Feedly for a few years after Reader died.
Now I just sub to RSS feeds on Nostr 😂
Inoreader is fantastic now. You have to pay but it can even do Reddit and Twitter feeds.

Yes, but at this point it would require a bit of custom coding on top of one of the few bot scripts out there. I don’t think there’s a service yet.

Feedly was great then it went all premium and killed a lot of the free features.
customised RSS feeds are OG
