Maybe we can help troubleshoot…

- Are you on mobile or desktop?

- When you try to make a payment from the extension, what do you do exactly?

- When it fails, what happens on your screen?

- I zap from Mobile, no problem.

- On desktop, I go to the Chrome Extension. It asks me to choose a passcode.

- From there, I can sign up or log in.

- once I attempt to log into my existing wallet from the Chrome Alby Interface, that’s when I get the error message.

- On my screen, the only message is error, please contact support.

I did that and they mentioned that they recently needed to restrict Chrome access due to malicious bot behavior. They asked for my ASN (which made me nervous), and I’m still waiting to hear back from them… that was 7 days ago.

can you use Alby without the extension?
