there is no such thing as essential carbohydrates

i say this as someone who has got early stage kidney problems, probably mostly stones but maybe a bit of damage from artificial sweeteners

and if you want to talk about programming languages, i highly recommend you first go and read some history books because i lived through the invention of C++ and parallel processing and i read through the whole book of Windows NT in my early teens

but never mind, i'm just having a grumpy opinion, right?
