It is indeed pretty impressive. Some families have seen their mortgage doubling in 18 months. Unsustainable.

House prices have started to fall as well. They will be paying more on their mortgage and some will be in negative equity.

But no news articles about the Covid money printer which fueled house price growth now causing inflation.
