Really? Every time I turn a game on, the fans seem super into it and the players seem to genuinely love the game. Obviously I am looking at it from the outside, but that’s how it comes across. American sports have gone downhill really fast in the past few years. Hockey may be the only exception.
Maybe I should start watching tennis, lol. That is a seriously underrated sport.
Hockey has always been my favourite American sport. Probably because the format of the game limits ad intrusion.
But yea sports are all going down hill. Need more pleb leagues. And a devolution of the monies and powered sporting institutions back to the grassroots. Football is hanging on primarily because I think there are some objective truths to why it is the most dynamic sports game.
